Join us for a special Farm-to-Table Dinner at FIAT FARM, featuring ingredients directly from the land around us.
This seasonal evening celebrates the simple beauty of food grown and raised with care. The menu will feature ingredients harvested from the farm, complemented by thoughtfully selected local products that highlight the richness of our region. From fresh vegetables to pasture-raised meats and homemade preparations, each dish reflects the rhythm of the season.
Set in the peaceful countryside of Eastern Ontario, this gathering invites guests to slow down, share a table, and experience food at its source. Long farm tables, open fields, and warm conversation create a welcoming atmosphere bringing community together.
Each course tells the story of the farm, the soil, the harvest, and the hands that grow the food we share.
What to Expect
A three course farm-to-table dinner prepared by Chef Victoria McCulloch, served under the FIAT willows at golden hour. Guests are seated at communal tables to share a meal, while live music completes the ambiance of a most magical evening!
After dinner, our celebration's focus will shift to the FIAT stage, as we enjoy the soul stirring duo Willow and the Deep. Grab a drink at the bar and linger by the fire. A perfect evening for connecting and being present in moment.

Inspired by the harvest season, our dinner will feature ingredients grown and raised on the farm, and produced by our local community.

After dinner, we invite you to settle in to enjoy the live music of local artists Willow and the Deep.
Featuring Leah Cogan and Chris Jackson, this duo sing songs about the joy and pain of being human, about the chaos and the beauty of life. Born storytellers, the depth, beauty and honesty of their voices inspire contemplation. Covering artists spanning many genres and decades, especially their favourite Canadians, you can look forward to hearing the works of Tim Baker, Joni Mitchell, Whitehorse, Blue Rodeo and many more.
